I am a full-time mobile notary signing agent that has over 3350 loans signed; Purchases, Reverse, Sales, FHA, Refinances, Helocs, REO, Auto Loans, Inspections, and more. I am a certified signing agent for loan closings and do regular civil law notary work as well. I am one of a few non-attorney notaries to have statewide jurisdiction. I am limited mostly to northeastern Louisiana, but can travel statewide for a fee. Signing companies should note, that I am one of the very few people that will have jurisdiction in Tensas Parish, LaSalle Parish, Concordia Parish and Catahoula Parish and also be a loan signing agent. Some notaries may not know they don't have the ability to cover these parishes. I can travel to nursing homes, offices, businesses, and prisons. I have done closings for companies such as LSI, TransContinental, TransUnion, MDA, Equifax, Chase and Commonwealth. I have also been requested to assist in local Chase bank closings.
