I have more than forty (40) years of experience as a notary handling a variety of signings. I also worked in the legal community. I accept fax, electronic and overnight documents. My signings include, but are not limited to, automobile purchases/sales, deeds, immigration documents, mortgages-refinance/reverse, as well as remodeling property docs., commercial, construction, foreclosures, etc. I work with companies for Debt Reconciliation/Resolution documents. I notarize many legal documents, including civil, proof of service, probate documents: Trusts, Last Will & Testament, Power of Attorney and more. I notarize medical documents also. I am bonded by the State of Michigan and have a 10K Errors & Omissions Insurance Policy as well as a National Criminal Background check.
