Signing Agent since 2002; I have completed over 9000 closings. I'm proficient in all types of closings including, refinances, purchases, Helocs, commercial, conventional, Deed in Lieu, hybrids, and reverse mortgages. I also worked in the mortgage industry for over eight years as a mortgage loan processer. I'm familiar with all loan documents and will be able to answer questions the client may have. I do however prefer to have a contact number for more detailed questions the borrower may have. This is not necessary, but puts the client at ease if we come across something they were not anticipating. I am a member of the National Notary Association and passed their certification exam, as well as the exam on 123notary. My background screening is completed and available upon request. Documents can be accepted via email. I now carry a computer with wireless capabilities and a printer in the car. I have found this very helpful for last minute closings and changes. I am available 24-7. There are two notaries in my office. We cover all of Southeast Pennsylvania. Harrisburg to Philadelphia, Upper Schuylkill County to Lancaster County.
