My goal as a Loan Signing Agent is to have a seamless signing. That said, I am prompt, courteous, and thorough. This is important to both the signer and the company I represent on the signing. Documents will be looked over before hand to be familiar with them. I will take time at the end of the signing to review and be sure no spaces were left blank no signature or initials were missed, and no dates were messed. I will look over two more times.
