I have done just over 100 signings so far (with no errors reported back or corrections requested). I started this business as a part-time venture with the ultimate plan to transition it into my full time occupation if it met my expectations. As it turns out, I absolutely love it, and I'm ready to kick it up a few notches! My current goal is to increase my volume to 3 or 4 signings per day at least 5 days a week ... and I would love to partner with 123notary to make that happen. As far as types of signings, I have completed a wide variety of assignments, including seller sides, purchases, refinances, helocs, loan modifications & general notary work. I was a Realtor for 18+ years and worked in mortgage banking and construction accounting before that, so I have been in this industry pretty much my entire career. I am very familiar with the closing process as well as the importance of timeliness and accuracy while still moving at a pace that is comfortable for the signers.
