I am a Real Estate agent with extensive knowledge of loan documents. I have done Helocs, Reverse Mortgages, Refinances, Loan Applications, Buyer Packages and Seller Packages. I have extensive knowledge of the loan and title documents and know first hand about the urgency of the documents and why it's so important to be timely and correct. I am fully trained by two major training organizations, certified, and ready to go. I worked in healthcare for nineteen years. During that time I learned how to interact with people from all walks of life and to help them in their hour of need. From there I got into Real Estate as a Realtor because a patient of mine suggested I would be good at it. Anxious to start my own business, I was afraid I would miss helping people. But as it turns out, buying or selling a home is also one's hour of need. As I began to help buyers, I noticed that the closing process was one of the most nerve-wracking times for the client. I decided I wanted to be able to help in this process as well. With my experience in people and in Real Estate under my belt, I obtained my notary public stamp, trained with three top Loan Signing companies and started this journey. Since then I have helped over 75 clients complete their Real Estate transactions in the comfort of their own homes. This is a crucial step in the process so I am excited to be the one to ensure that it is done right! I will travel to Denton, Collin, Dallas and Tarrant counties. My attention to detail will ensure that all signings are compete and accurate.
