I've successfully completed many signings incl. Refi, seller, white glove closings, etc. LSA & NNA trained NNA Background Screened 1 Million E&O Insurance I am professional, dependable and accurate. I was a paralegal for a real estate law firm previously (prepared the docs), so I am very familiar with the loan documents and I understand the delicacy of closings and procedures. I have a dual tray Brother printer and Epson 400 scanner which work wonderfully. II travel up to 60 mi. and am available from seven am-8 p.m. seven days a week. I am not afraid to ask questions and my documents are 100% accurate 99. 9% of the time.
