I have been a Notary for nearly 35 years. My background as a Loan Closer with a mortgage company and an Escrow Officer with First American Title Co. has provided me with the knowledge and experience needed to make sure that your documents are signed correctly the first time. I have extensive experience with buyers and sellers for purchases, all types of refinances, seconds, manufactured homes, reverse mortgages and HELOC's. I also have experience notarizing individual documents, i.e., POA, Grant Deeds, Trust documents and many types of personal documents. I am available on your schedule. I serve all of Southern Utah Counties, Washington, Kane, and Iron. I will meet you at the location that is convenient for you such as your home, your office, coffee shop, restaurant, hospital, nursing home or even the hood of your car!
