I am a notary that has been commissioned since 2016. I started out as a notary for a real estate attorney notarizing loan documents and court documents. Some of the court documents were criminal but mostly civil in nature. Those documents included debt settlement, tickets, and some family law. I notarized the quit claim deeds, transfer on death, medical power of attorney, medical directives, trusts, wills and more. I have also worked in healthcare and insurance so I have experience notarizing for those businesses as well.
