I am a notary commissioned in both Alabama and Georgia. I'm familiar with Buyers, Sellers, Refinances, Adjustable, Reverse, Helocs, and more. I have a reputation of diligence and I am very thorough. My professionalism stands out in my demeanor and dress. My schedule is pretty flexible to allow for me to conduct closings at the convenience of you and your borrowers. I understand the importance of getting documents to FedEx the same day, or early next day. No matter how many signings I have, that is my priority. If you also require scan backs, I will scan as requested within a timely manner. I try my best not to miss any dates, initials, or signatures as I know that can lead to funding conditions. I also make sure that the borrower initials any corrections made to the Notice of Right to Cancel. My office is equipped with the latest, most recommended technology for signing agents, which includes a Brother MFC-L5850DW all-in-one, dual tray printer, allowing me to print documents in both legal and letter size simultaneously! I understand the need to call the lender first should I come upon any typos on the loan documents; I will not just cross off and initial without permission. I charge one flat fee, and try not to negotiate fees unless it is outside of my 50 mile radius. For general notary work, I charge one flat fee within my home county and attach a small travel fee outside of 36856. I service Russell, Barbour, Lee, Muscogee, Chattahoochee and Harris Counties.
