I'm familiar with Adjustable, Conventional, Purchases, Refinances (FHA, VA), Reverse, Wills, Deeds, and more. NNA Certified NNA Background Screened 25K E&O Insurance I worked for 2 Title Companies and was and Independant Mobile Closer/Notary ( a Realtor as well ) in 2001-2007. I have closed apx. 4600 loans during that time period. When the market crashed I went into Medical Insurance Billing and Medical Insurance Coding. I got my certificates for both in one year. I worked in the medical field until 2017 and I decided that I wanted to work in Insurance. I have my licenses in Home, Auto, Life, and Health. I kept continuing education and my licenses are valid until 12/2021 unless I do more CE and extend it. 08/07/2020 I was approached to do loan closings again. I applied for my notary but had just missed the ones who commission it. They were on a 30 day break. I did temp positions till I decided what made me happy and I the started the process of going back to closings. I am very adaptable and I realize that wasn't what you ask me. I wanted you to know a little more about who I am and a small part of my past. In answer to your questions, I started out with the basics but I am quite capable of learning and doing more.
