I have been an NSA in Oregon for four years when I lived there. In moving up to Washington, I saw the need for Notary and NSA services for the west coast of Washington here, and have been a Washington Notary for over a year now. I love my job, the people, the paperwork and am very detail oriented. I'm familiar with Refinances, Reverse, Modifications, Sellers, Buyers, and more. Probably 1200, and never has one come back nor have I missed anything. I've also done a few Reverse Mortgages and many Loan Modifications. I can do whatever you need. If I have questions, I call and ask. Also, if Title has made any mistakes, I find them and have new documents drawn up. People love me as I'm well organized, well dressed, know my documents and explain them well, very patient and kind. If somebody has questions we stop and they get answers. If they sign, I encourage them to use the three day rescission period to give a final look at their closing disclosure and expense break downs, and get their questions answered should any come up. My basic fee to get me out the door is $125 which includes scan backs if needed, or handing them to one of the two Title companies in town here. I then hand deliver to the shipping facility and get a receipt every time. There is an approximate $30 an hour travel fee on top of that if it is of a distance outside of Aberdeen/Montesano area. The roads are very bad here, especially towards the coast where the ground has heaved and the road crew has done a crumbly job of patching.
