As of August, 2022 I have completed approximately 500 real estate signings. I am trained for every type of real estate closing (seller, buyer, refi, HELOC, reverse mortgage, etc), as well as hospital signings, jail signings, and regular general notary work for all types of documents. I am able to service Clark, Nye, and Lincoln counties. My fees will vary based on the type of signing and the location of the signing. I travel to meet my signers at a location of their choice.
