I understand the critical nature of ensuring that signatures(signing name as it appears on the documents), initials, dates, and notarizations are done right the first time as this can be a costly matter if not done right the first time. I am not afraid to contact the Lender or Title Company representative at the signing table when the Customers have questions as I understand my role is not to give advice and/or answer questions. I carefully review the Loan Package upon receipt and if I notice anything missing or have questions after reviewing the documents, I make a list and contact the appropriate person to have items addressed before I meet with the Customer(s). I represent you at the signing table and rest assured I am professional in all aspects as well as personable. I love my role as a Mobile Notary Signing Agent and I take my role seriously as your representative.
