1 Million E&O Insurance Notary2Pro Certified NNA Certified I handle both general notary work (GNW) and loan signings. I have notarized Wills, Structured Settlements, Annuities, Employment and Identity verifications. I handle buyer/seller purchases, HELOCs, Refinances, and Reverse Mortgages. I also notarized Auto Loans. I've been a notary public and signing agent since September 2018. I entered into this field after retiring after 38 years in the Insurance industry. I've handled over 600 loan signings and over 700 notarizations in GNW. Since my area is rural, I travel longer distances for most loan signings and limit my signings to a maximum of 3 per day. I'm willing to drive up to 75 miles one way. The counties I cover are McLean, Tazewell, Peoria, Woodford, Sangamon, Macon, Mason, Marshall, Champaign, Kankakee, Fulton and Knox. I will work 6 days per week and my hours are 7am-7pm except in winter months when my hours are 8am-4:30pm.
