Notary's Notes

Covid-19 Update: I have reopened my mobile notary services with a bundle of safe precautions. I am offering services with physical distancing and protections for the clients and for me - face covering, gloves, single-use disposable thumbprint strips, alcohol wipes, new pen for each signer, etc. For now, signings take place outside - in client's backyard, front porch, or driveway. Let's get your important documents notarized while we keep each other safe and healthy!

Winter Appointment Hours - 9am to one hour before sunset (daylight required for signing outside)

I am a Mobile Notary and a Professional Signing Agent
- Certified by the NNA & Notary2Pro.

 * I am professional, punctual and accurate; I treat every customer with respect and kindness;
 * I am detail-oriented and always double-check all documents before leaving the signer(s);
 * I return signed documents on-time for overnight delivery (I would drive the extra miles to go to the shipping center, if needed);
- I am tri-lingual - fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin;
- My signing experience includes: Refinance (first and second), Buyer/Seller, Reverse Mortgage, VA loans, Commercial loans, Living Trust and related documents, Power of Attorney, Advanced Healthcare, etc. ;

- Approved by Fidelity, Bancserv, Old Republic Title, First American Title, Placer Title Company, etc.

I'm bonded with E&O insurance ($100K); the cities I service include: Cupertino, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, San Jose, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Portola Valley, Woodside, Redwood City, San Carlos and surrounding areas.

As a hardworking, trust-worthy, reliable, and professional NSA, I provide great customer experience and deliver flawless signing assignments, every time.
