I do mainly Refinances, Buyers, Sellers, and more. I have been a Signing Agent for fourteen years; I have a dual tray HP Laserjet Pro 400 series printer and as a backup, a HP LaserJet P2055d. I have performed over 2,000 signings for a huge cross section of Signing Companies and Title companies. I have perfomed all types of Loan signings and am a trained Signing Agent by the NNA. I am a retired engineer and really enjoy doing something totally different and meeting so many pleasant folks. My goal on every assignment is to make sure that the folks feel comfortable and unrushed and at the same time ensure that an error free signing is accomplished. I pride myself as being a "people" person blended with my inate ability to focus on the details of the signing assuring an error-free end product. I travel anywhere in my home county of Giles, TN and all, or parts, of adjoining counties, namely: Marshall, Lincoln, Lawrence, Maury and Wayne counties.
