Yes, I see the name now, don't know how I missed that.Sorry. So they are attempting to make a bogus claim on your bond, that should be interesting as insurance companies don't just give money away that easy. Good luck to you, I'm sure you'll be fine.
Thanks! I appreciate the encouragement.

Thanks for the warning, but I think you'll need to be more specific about what transpired. Please provide the company name and the game they're playing.
The name of the company is "UNCLAIMED FUNDS RECOVERY CORPORATION". What transpired was a signing with an elderly couple which never took place, nor, did I ever meet. I am being accused of meeting with the clients and stealing the proceeds. This party has threatened to report me to the Secretary of State and the Attorney General's office and has been harassing employees of the 123Notary.com for my E&O and Bond information which they refuse to disclose. This company has several totally false allegations that they have no merit on. (And the irony is that I assist attorneys here in Hawaii on the very subject of Fraud prevention and real estate scams.. I have prescheduled meeting at the Capital next week with Representatives, Senators, victims and hopefully a state prosecutor on the very subject.. how ironic!). My biggest concern is that no one else falls under this scam. I just spoke to the NNA Hotline to see if there has been any other recent reports that are similar to my case they were as shocked as I have been these last two days. I really don't know what this guy is trying to pull off..but to go against the Attorney General is suicide in my opinion and trying to extract money from my E&O and Bond is pretty bold. I hope this additional info helps..

I just became a victim of a scam that is trying to extract money from my Bond. This last December I got a call from UNCLAIMED FUNDS RECOVERY CORPORATION. The job was never performed the clients cancelled. This operation is targeting to go after you and your bond.. Protect yourself and avoid at all costs.
If this has happened to you.. please share with others! Be safe out there!!!!
