Have you been getting any calls from them now?? The last one I did for them was 9/10/13. Where do you go to look at your profile to see service area?? My account doesn't let me do that

This company has been excellent to work with but in the last month they stopped calling notaries in Maricopa County in AZ. I have spoken to several other notaries and they all say the same thing.

Calls to vendor management say that its just slow but after hearing this over and over I checked my profile and a change had been made to my service area--county marked inactive.

I changed it back and told others to check theirs too. Same thing. One notary changed it back to active and got a call a few minutes ago.

Anyone else suddenly stopped getting calls? Just a heads up if you have run into same situation.
