Why would you work for an outfit that you can't call and speak to someone about a payment problem?

It is a puzzle. You do have to have separate e-mailed invoices for ServiceLink and NationalLink--that's the only thing I can think of the may have caused your problem.

I have done business with Service Link for years and I have never had as much of a Problem as I have with their New Billing Method. Has anyone else encountered this problem with them. My main problem is with their New Billing Email system. You fill out the email form and then you make an Attachment out of it. I have done this once or twice without any problem.
