I did an assignment last year and dealt with Richard Morales. It took over 5 months, but I finally got paid. I declined the next assignment from then that was offered.

To all NSA's,

Again.... this is another "WARNING"! Please don't accept any assignments from Statous Network, LLC located in Seattle WA. who are "SCAMMERS"! The last known person who contacted me is Richard Morales at 206) 734-4875 or 800) 734-4812.

It's sad there are other NSA's who are not aware of this company & still accepting signings from them, but taking a big risk of NOT being paid for services rendered!

Please refer to the Notary Rotary message board if you're a member & read the many complaints from other NSA's about this company & non-payment.

If we all stick together & stop accepting signings from these "SCAMMERS", hopefully they will get the message & start paying the NSA's their agreed fees!

whenever this happens to me or my husband who is also a signing agent, we notify the mortgage or loan company on thie signing and we have gotten paid within a weeks time

Do not do business with Statous Network! I handled a closing for them in October 2011 and have still not been paid. They do not answer the phone or e-mails sent to them. I tried to report them to the BBB, but they said they do not handle these types of cases.

I agree that this company should be avoided. I did get paid, but it took 3 months.

Stay away from Statous Network, LLC! There are several post on Notary Rotary from other Notaries who completed a signing for this company and were not paid. I wasn't aware of this company until after I completed a signing on Oct. 5, 2011 and have not been paid either! I left several voice messages and sent emails regarding payment to the so-call Account Representative Richard Morales who contacted me to do the signing and he has not responded to any of my calls or emails. I was informed yesterday Statous Network, LLC might have gone out of business and ran with the money without paying Notaries their agreed fee. So be very careful or stay away from companies who pay 30-45 days from the date of the signing because those are the ones we will need to track a payment and/or never get paid at all!
