Just an update. I did only one signing for this company in November of 2009. I am in the process of having a collection company get payment from them. I have also contacted the Escrow company.

Seems as though they have heard at least one other complaint of non-payment.

Anyone else currently working for this company and receiving payment?

I haven't worked for them but have heard they have payroll tax issues with the IRS so there's a cash flow problem - this from an e-mail they themselves sent to some of their signers. They're working through it but it's a rough patch for them right now.

Many checks are bouncing. They have sent out an email to their Notaries that they are having IRS and nsf fee problems.

You may want to wait until financial situation improves. Also check other boards that elaborate.
